The Orthopaedics trauma Unit, Institute of Orthopedics, Lerdsin Hospital provides care and treatment for patients who are suffering from bone fracture especially complex fracture around shoulder, hip, knee and pelvic & acetabulum fracture. Moreover, we treat patient who suffer from complications of fracture included malunion, nonunion and osteomyelitis. We use advanced technology to further our care in complex surgeries such as 3D-printing assisted osteotomy, computer software which assist in corrective osteotomy. Our goals of treatment are reestablishing function of injury limb and help patients back to their pre-injury status. Furthermore, our teams cooperated with multi-disciplinary unit to treat patient with osteoporotic fracture. Finally, our unit emphasized furthering research and hopefully being able to pass on new knowledge to improve patient care in the international level.
